Agree - the outcome was predictable - still, taxpayers should be on notice - when there is a budget crisis or local taxes increase, vouchers are why - Bill Lee and the legislative GOP supermajority caused it.

Education is in need of a revolution. As shown in the numbers in your post, throwing money at the systemic challenges will not make positive changes.
